Venue: Cheltenham Town Hall
On the menu: Eight nights of extravagant Christmas parties are planned by events company Hype Agency, when Cheltenham Town Hall is transformed into an enchanted and magical world where the Nutcracker, toy soldiers and the sugar plum fairy take party-goers on an unforgettable festive journey. Ideal for corporate celebrations and groups of friends alike, The Nutcracker Christmas Parties will begin with a mystical drinks reception, before revellers take their seats for a spectacular two- or three-course dinner, carefully crafted by Hype’s award-winning in-house caterers, Fosters Events. Cocktails will be flowing from the unique gingerbread bar, while guests work off dinner on the dance floor to a fantastic DJ and disco. There will be exciting entertainment to enjoy over dinner, courtesy of The Invisible Circus, with a chill-out area expected to go down particularly well with ladies in skyscraper heels.

Something to look forward to

Something to look forward to

Christmas party?! You might think, “It’s only March!”. Well, it’s never too early to think about your Christmas party. Why? You wouldn’t want to miss out on the date you want, would you?

After selling out to full capacity last year, it’s better to be safe than sorry and book quickly to avoid disappointment. Booking early allows you more time to do the rounds and collect money off everyone if you need to, as well as allowing more flexibility to pay bit by bit if you wish.

But... why should you book a Christmas party for your staff? Employers commonly use this as a staff incentive so they have something to look forward to at the end of the year so employees feel appreciated and rewarded for the hard work they’ve undertaken throughout the year. During tough economic times, employee bonuses and benefits may get cut, so a Christmas party is only a small token from an employer to give employees a positive outlook.

Christmas parties are also a great way for employees to come together and bond as a team in a more casual social environment. Good relationships between your employees will create a better working environment where your employees can work better together. Much more can come out of having a Christmas party than meets the eye; the goodwill factor far outweighs the costs.

So give your employees something to look forward to and book your Christmas party now!
